A mini film festival which was a key event of Dutch Orange Day 2005 held at Federation Square Melbourne.
 
It featured the first Australian showing of a selection of animated shorts from the Netherlands. The films included A history of the Netherlands (Petra Dolleman), Anna & Bella (Børge Ring), Famous paintings (Maarten Koopman), Father and daughter (Michael Dudok), I move, so I am (Gerrit van Dijk), Sientje (Christa Moesker), The characters (Evert de Beijer) and Three misses (Paul Driessen). 
 
Dutch Orange Day 2005 was organised by the Consulate of the Netherlands, Melbourne. It celebrated the birthday of Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands and honoured her reign of 25 years.

ma2010 conference paper
In the session Interpreting and Showcasing Collections at the Museums Australia 2010 conference, Annette Welkamp presented a paper. Entitled What do museum folk do all day, it explored how focus exhibitions on single objects enable visitors to better understand museums and their collections in depth.
